By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily entering the Meow Cat Cafe Essex LTD and engaging in activities that involve close interaction with cats. I understand that these activities may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to scratches, bites, allergic reactions, and other possible injuries.

1. Acknowledgement of Risks:

I acknowledge that interacting with cats, including petting, handling, and playing, involves inherent risks. Cats may scratch, bite, or cause injury in unpredictable ways. Additionally, I am aware of potential allergic reactions to cats or cat-related allergens .I understand that all food and beverages served at Meow Cat Cafe Essex LTD may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, seafood, and other food ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or intolerances.

2. Health and Safety:

I confirm that I do not have any known allergies to cats, and that I am in good health to interact with animals. If I have any concerns about my health, allergies, or physical limitations, I agree to consult a healthcare professional before visiting the café. I also agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Meow Cat Cafe Essex LTD staff. I acknowledge that food products, while prepared with care, may carry certain inherent risks, including contamination or mislabelling of allergens. I agree to take personal responsibility for ensuring that the food I consume is safe for my dietary needs and health condition.

3. Behavioural Expectations:

I agree to behave in a responsible and respectful manner when interacting with the cats, and to adhere to all posted rules, guidelines, and instructions given by the staff. I understand that aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards the cats may result in immediate removal from the café without refund.

4. Release of Liability:

In consideration of being allowed entry into Meow Cat Cafe Essex LTD and participating in any activities involving the cats, I hereby release and discharge Meow Cat Cafe Essex LTD, its owners, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or injuries arising from my visit, including but not limited to injury caused by the actions of the cats, allergic reactions, or accidents while in the café. In consideration of being served food and beverages at [Cafe Name], I hereby release and discharge Meow Cat Cafe Essex LTD, its owners, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or injuries arising from the consumption of food or beverages, including but not limited to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or any other negative health effects.

5. Indemnity:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meow Cat Cafe Essex LTD, its owners, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to my visit to the café, including any injury, harm, or damage caused to me or others as a result of my actions or negligence. agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meow Cat Cafe Essex LTD, its owners, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to my consumption of food or beverages, including any allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or other harm resulting from the food provided by the café.

6. Parental/Guardian Consent (if applicable):

If I am signing this waiver on behalf of a minor (under the age of 18), I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor and agree to all terms outlined in this waiver. I accept full responsibility for the minor's safety and behaviour during the visit. I accept full responsibility for the minor's health and safety regarding food consumption.

7. Photo and Video Consent:

I grant permission to Meow Cat Cafe Essex LTD to use photographs or video recordings of me during my visit for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, or printed material. If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I agree to inform the staff.

8. Responsibility to Inform:

I confirm that I have informed Meow Cat Cafe Essex LTD staff of any food allergies, intolerances, or sensitivities I may have. If I have not communicated any known allergies or food concerns, I accept full responsibility for any adverse reactions I may experience as a result of consuming food or beverages at the café. 

9. Booking and Reservations: Entry to Meow Cat Cafe may require advance booking. Bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee entry, especially during peak times. I agree, understand and accept that I have booked the correct location as indicated on the booking page, if I have booked the wrong location I understand that this is my own responsibility and I am not entitled to a. refund of any monies paid. 

10. Entry Fees and Refunds

10.1. Admission Fees: Entry to Meow Cat Cafe is subject to payment of an admission fee, which may vary depending on time, date, and booking type. This fee must be paid at the time of booking. 

10.2. Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless the café is forced to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. closure, illness). If you are unable to attend, we may allow a rescheduled visit at our discretion as long as notice has been given before 48 hours of the booking time. Any requests to cancel or reschedule will be denied if customers have failed to provide 48 hours notice before their booking time.
