Our Cats

AN UPDATE

In the interest of all of our cats wellbeing, welfare and to comply with disease/infection control and procedures, we have made the decision to slow down our adoption process significantly.

We realise that this will be disappointing news for some of you, but this decision has not been taken lightly. The cat’s welfare always needs to be our number one priority and we must ensure that every cat leaving us is 100% healthy and ready for the next stage of their lives.

The only cats available are ones marked with ‘available’ written below. Others will become part time resident cats for the next 6-12 months, once we are 100% sure and confident that all cats are healthy, had all the relevant blood tests and screening tests repeated towards the end of their stay- they will be released and advertised as available with adopters being supplied with ALL paperwork, blood results, previous blood work and vets treatment summaries.

We hope that this helps to explain why we have made the decision we have. It hasn’t been easy, at all. MEOW is still just a stepping stone in these cats journey to a new home and we will NEVER confine a cat to cat cafe life forever… we just need to hold onto them that little bit longer to make sure they are as healthy as can be.
